I tried both the shampoo bar and the dish soap bar, and overall I’m happy with them. The shampoo lathers a lot more than I expected, and it leaves my hair feeling clean without drying it out. The dish bar also does a solid job with grease, even on pans. It did take me a couple of uses to get the hang of using bars instead of regular soap, but once I did, they worked well and seem to last longer than I thought they would

I ordered from ecoroots.us the shipping was good. I’m probably just impatient because I kept checking the tracking, but it showed up sooner than I thought it would and the package was in good shape. It wasn’t anything crazy like next-day delivery, which is fine, but it did sit for a day before it started moving. Could just be me being picky, but that’s why I took off one star.

I’ve been using this ecoroots dish brush for a few months now, it’s still in really good shape. I’m usually too mentally drained at the end of the day to deal with anything fussy, so I appreciate that it just works and doesn’t get gross right away. The bristles haven’t fallen out or gotten all weird, which I kind of expected them to by now. Happy with it overall.

I reached out to EcoRoots about an issue with my order, and while they did get back to me, it took a couple of days and I ended up following up once. My take is that they genuinely wanted to help once they saw the message, because the response was friendly and they did sort things out. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, but it did feel a bit slow. Faster replies would make the whole process a lot better.

My scalp gets oily fast and my skin can react to a lot of stuff, so after I paid I started second-guessing myself and wasn’t sure these bars would be worth it. But so far they’ve been totally fine. My hair feels clean after using them, and I haven’t had any itchy or irritated feeling

I tried a couple EcoRoots items and the scents were fine, I guess, but not really my vibe. The shampoo bar had this light herbal smell that was clean enough, but it disappeared fast, which was kind of lame.

I do like that it’s not some overpowering perfume bomb, because nobody needs that nonsense, but I expected a little more fragrance. It doesn’t smell bad or fake or anything, just a bit plain for the price.

I was expecting at least one thing to be the wrong size or missing, because that seems to happen way too often with orders lately. But everything I got was exactly what I ordered, and all the sizes were right. Nothing to complain about this time, which was a nice surprise.

I was happy to see the order showed up with no plastic at all, which I really appreciated. The packaging was simple and did the job, though the box was a bit bent by the time it got to me, like it had been passed around a few too many times. Nothing was ruined, so overall it was still fine.

I expected a lot better for the price. I also never got any follow-up after ordering, which was kind of frustrating and made the whole experience feel even less worth it

The site was fine overall, nothing too confusing, but the checkout did take longer than I expected. I remember because I was literally staring at the spinning loading thing while eating a weirdly tiny bag of pretzels. It went through in the end, just felt a bit slow.

Ordered the wrong item. Totally my mistake. Had to send it back, and the return part was easy. The refund didn’t show up right away, took a few days, which had me checking a couple times. But support got back to me and explained what was going on. Not super fast, but also not a headache. I’d order from them again.

Maybe it’s just me, but the whole thing felt a little sketchy. Nothing about it really gave me confidence, and common sense kind of says to be careful when something feels off.

The quality is definitely good, so I can’t really complain about that. I just felt a little disappointed overall because I was expecting it to be a bit more impressive.

I ordered a few things from EcoRoots because I’m trying to cut down on plastic, and I do like that the products don’t come wrapped in a ton of unnecessary plastic. The materials feel natural, which is nice, and nothing feels cheap or flimsy. The packaging was simple too, which I appreciated. That said, some of the items take a bit of getting used to, and I kept noticing that over and over. Like, they work fine, but the adjustment period is kind of annoying. I also wish a couple things were a little more straightforward to use, because again, it just takes some getting used to. Overall I’m happy with what I bought, but yeah, the learning curve is definitely there
